court -- whether congress has exceeded its power to regulate interstate commerce. so whether it could be regulations that went across state lines, very broad regulations. well, that will be one of the arguments in the health care bill that comes up for argument next month. the question is whether congress has exceeded his authority under the commerce clause. most of the cuts towards congress, that is, i think most of the president, certainly in the late 1930s, some of which chief justice hughes wrote, he gave congress more leeway to regulate interstate commerce. that became pretty much the modern commerce clause doctrine for the next six years. but we don't know about the score. this is a very polarized court and presidents goes the other way. also. this will be very interesting to see that. to see what happens. thank you very much.
